That’s the question in a new lawsuit in Florida. Yovany Gonzalez is suing Wells Fargo fired him when his daughter needed treatment for cancer. With Gonzalez fired a few days before an expensive surgery for his daughter, the hospital cancelled the surgery. Mackenzie Gonzalez died later from her cancer.
